國際醫學物理與醫學工程聯合會 IUPESM InternationalUnionforPhysicalandEngineeringSciencesinMedicine www.iupesm.org醫學物理與醫學工程聯合會 （IUPESM）由國際醫學物理組織（IOMP）和國際醫學與生物工程聯合會（IFMBE）組成.它成立于1980年后，在醫療和生物工程和醫學物理學于1979年在耶路撒冷舉行的第五屆國 際會議第12屆國際會議的聯合會議討論。IUPESM目標是促進在醫學物理和工程科學，組織的國際合作，通過召開會議，協調活動，并表示在醫療界的工程師和自然科學家的利益和意見。 TheIUPESMrepresentsthecombinedeffortsofmorethan40,000medicalphysicistsandbiomedicalengineersworkingonthephysicalandengineeringscienceofmedicine.ThemethodsusedbytheIUPESMtoachieveit’spurposeincludebutarenotlimitedtothefollowing:Organizingandcoordinatingthetriennial“WorldCongressforMedicalPhysicsandBiomedicalEngineering”.Organizingand/orcoordinatinginternationalmeetingsorconferencesfortheIUPESMconstituentorganizations.
