二、恒溫恒濕室，大型恒溫恒濕室，步入式恒溫恒濕室性能及特點:
1、具有極寬的溫濕度控制范圍，可滿足用戶的各種需要。采用獨特的平衡調溫調濕方式，可獲得安全、的溫濕度環境。具有穩定、平衡的加熱、加濕性能，可進行高、高穩定的溫濕度控制。
2、裝備高智能化的溫度調節器，溫濕度采用LED數字顯示方式(也可根據用戶的需求更換新型日本OYO液晶顯示5461或全液晶控制顯示7751等可程序儀表)?？蛇x配溫濕度記錄儀。
3．根據功能需要，可選配計算機進行遠程控制。
4、制冷回路自動選擇，自控裝置具有隨溫度的設定值自動選擇運轉制冷回路的性能，實現高溫狀態下直接啟動制冷機，直接降溫。
5、內門裝有大觀察窗，可方便觀察供試樣品的試驗狀態。
6．裝有先進的安全、保護裝置－漏電斷路器、超溫保護器，缺相保護器，斷水保護器

特點介紹
＆組合步入式恒溫恒濕室為業界提供大型零件、半成品、成品的溫濕度換將
測試，如：電腦終端機、汽車零組件。恒溫恒濕主要由控制面板、配電盤、
保溫庫板、送風機、加熱器、加濕器、冷凍機組合而成，主要規格可區分為
6種標準室內尺寸及24種不同條件測試規范。
＆MTK-806控制器可經由RS-232C介面與電腦連線，使用者可以在電腦熒幕
上設計程序、收集測試資料與記錄、呼叫程式執行遙控機器開關機等功能。特
別設計低溫度除濕裝置，條件可達5℃/10℃RH ，可外加溫濕記錄器，提
供實際溫濕度記錄曲線。
＆利用多翼式送風機強力送風循環，避免任何死角，使室內溫濕分布均勻。
＆完整的安全保護裝置。
＆假如異常狀況發生時，控制熒幕上即自動顯示故障狀態，切斷電源開關，并
提出故障排除方法。
FEATURES
Built in type walk in chamber
＆The walk in temperature and humidity chambers
are used for test large components , assemblies and
finished products in various industries , e.g. monitor
and automobiles productions . They are constructed
in modules of control panel electrical control system,
partition , air circulation and heating / cooling unit .
The chambers are specialized in 6 standard sizes and
24 standard conditioning modules.
Functions Expansion Capability
＆The MTK-806 controller can communicate with a
PC through RS-232C interface . Users can control
program and monitor the chamber from the PC(option)
Special designed dehumidifier ensures high precise
control of low humidifier 10%RH at even low temperature
of 5℃ for electrostatic reliability tests (option) . The
temperature and humidity curves can be plotted by a
recorder.
Excellent performance in temperature and humidity uniformity
＆The sirocco fan provides greater air flow rate to minimize any dead zone in the chamber to ensure the
uniformity of temperature and humidity .
＆Well-prepared safety devices
＆If the safety devices of chamber activate ,
Monitor will display the trouble shooting details and suggested solution .
