唐山單相電子式預付費階梯電能表概述
本系列產品適合于實行先付電費后用電制度的場合進行單相交流有功電能的計量，可實現電量預購、負荷限制等功能，解決了供電部門收費的問題。
產品性能符合GB/T17215-2002、GB/T18460.3-2001等標準，顯示方式可選（LED或LCD），具有壽命長、準確度高、過載性能好，功耗低和體積小等優點。
1 Introduction
The series of products are applicable to the place where haverules of paying in advance and then consuming to measure single phase AC activeelectrical energy,it also has multiple functions,such as purchasing in advance,maximal load limiting, user’s information management.
Each of performation accords with GB/T17215-2002、GB/T18460.3-2001 standard, display mode can be selected (LEDor LCD),it has many advantages,such as long ser­vice life、highaccuracy、good overload、lowconsume and small volume.

3.1電氣要求

3.1.2正常工作電壓：0.9Un~1.1Un參比電壓
3.1.3極限工作電壓：0.7Un~1.3Un參比電壓

3.1.7起動：電能表在參比電壓、參比頻率及功率因數為1的條件下，當負載電不充為0.4%lb（1級表）、0.5%lb（2表）時電能表應該連續計量電能。

4唐山單相電子式預付費階梯電能表基本功能
4.1雙向計度功能，能夠測量正、反兩個方向的功率，且以一個方向累計電量，具有防竊電功能；
4.2采用光電隔離技術輸出電能脈沖信號，發光二極管指示用電；
4.3先購電后用電，預購電量用完則斷電；
4.4顯示屏輪流顯示使用電量和剩余電量；
4.5辨偽功能：當使用非指定介質時，電能表不會接受指令，拒絕操作；
4.6具有記憶功能，數據在斷電后不丟失，上電即可恢復；
4.7具有警報功能：當預購電量小于設定電量時報警提醒用戶即時購電；
可選功能：應急賒電功能、電價改寫功能、銷過戶功能、監控用電負荷功能。
