 一、正、反循環(huán)鉆機的用途及技術性能

二、鉆機的構造
     ZFJ-2000型鉆機是正反循環(huán)鉆機，由YD多級變速電機，減速機，正、反循環(huán)泥漿泵、閥門、液壓油泵、油缸、主卷揚、副卷揚、配電箱、鉆架、鉆桿、鉆頭組成。
1.電動機.主動力電機為YD多級變速電機，其余為Y系列普通電機。
2.減速機為四軸三級正齒輪減速，可用齒輪變換變速，分四種轉速。

三、工作原理
 1.鉆機的油壓系統(tǒng)均由油泵將壓力油泵通過管道經(jīng)多路閥控制，根據(jù)需要在送達各執(zhí)行機構，使它完成各項動作。
 2.減速機將動力經(jīng)變速傳至輸出軸，帶動鉆桿和鉆頭進行回旋運動，完成正轉（順時針方向）進行切削工作，（反轉做卸鉆桿時用）正常鉆孔中禁止反轉。（反轉會引起掉鉆桿，鉆頭事故）
3.正、反循環(huán)的操作：
 3.1在施工中如遇到地層或洗井原因需要更換鉆孔工法時，其操作步驟是，以正循環(huán)為例，操作液壓手柄，關閉大泥漿泵上的壓閥，啟動3PNL小泥漿泵，水經(jīng)管道經(jīng)大泵、鉆桿、進入鉆尖底部，使孔中的切削泥渣被水流托起順井管流到沉淀池。經(jīng)沉淀水又進入3PNL泥漿泵，形成循環(huán)。
反循環(huán)工法，主機旋轉，關閉大泵閥門，啟動3PNL漿泵，給大漿泵灌泵，使空氣排空，啟動大漿泵同時開啟閥門，關閉3PNL漿泵，大泵出水正常就可正常工作。（如果鉆桿中的空氣未排空，或有地方漏氣，將影響大泵出水）。正反循環(huán)可隨時互換。同時反循環(huán)可做正循環(huán)鉆孔完成清孔（清除沉淀）工作。
3.2鉆機的下籠及灌灰
樁孔完成后，提出鉆桿，鉆頭，鉆機同時向后移動合適的位置，視機架上副額頭吊鉤對準樁孔中心為準，同時卷揚就可下籠和灌注商品灰。

四、鉆機的安全操作規(guī)程
1.本機操作人員，必須經(jīng)過培訓，應熟練掌握操作機構和熟悉安全操作規(guī)程方能上機操作。嚴禁酒后上機操作。
2.開機前，應對鉆機及配套設備進行檢查，特別應注意檢查各卷揚機的剎車是否靈活可靠，鋼絲繩是否有斷絲斷股現(xiàn)象，待確認完好后，方可開機工作。
3.現(xiàn)場工作人員，必須穿絕緣鞋和配戴安全帽。
4.拆裝鉆桿時應集中精力，及時清除鉆桿螺紋上面的異物，并加少許機油，可減少鉆桿的損壞和漏氣的發(fā)生。
5.操作人員應堅持交接制度，交班時應向接班者交代清楚鉆機的工作情況和隱患，如有異常應處理后方可工作。

五、鉆機的使用與保養(yǎng)
1.經(jīng)常檢查主機的卷揚油位，發(fā)現(xiàn)缺油應及時添加，定期更換主機機油，向卷揚機，泵內注油。
2.接場地電源時要注意相差，大泵不可反轉。
3.工作中，應隨時監(jiān)視電器儀表，傾聽各各運轉部件響聲，如突發(fā)異常聲音，應停機檢查，不可讓設備帶病作業(yè)，緊固件不可松動。
4.液壓手柄操作時，應先慢后快（視場地情況定）如操作過快會損壞設備和發(fā)生危險
5.鉆進速度根據(jù)地層變化而變化，視反循環(huán)泵的出水狀況（出水流量大，可快進，水量小要慢進或停進）。同時要控制泥漿比重，在額定電流范圍內，慢慢
